Andrew was struggling with very low energy levels, high stress, and chronic pain throughout his body, especially in his joints. He was carrying around extra unwanted body weight, particularly in his midsection, which was putting a lot of pressure on his lower back, hips, and knees. His BMI was in the obese category, and he suffered from multiple chronic health conditions, including type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and peripheral neuropathy. This put him at a high risk of a heart attack or stroke, and he was taking multiple medications with negative side effects.

To address Andrew's health issues, I created a personalised health and fitness program that would work for his specific needs. The program consisted of:

  • personal training sessions twice a week

  • health coaching

  • nutritional consultations and

  • regular remedial massages to reduce pain and tension in his body.


The Results:

An Incredible Transformation


After just 12 weeks of following the program, Andrew lost 10kg of body fat and reduced his waist by 12.5cm. Over the course of a year, he lost 20 kg and reduced his waist by 22.5cm.


In total, after a year and a half of consistent effort, Andrew lost an astounding 30 kg of body fat and reduced his waist by 30.5cm!


Cardiovascular health improved


But the benefits didn't stop there. Andrew's cardiovascular fitness improved drastically - from struggling to run 10 metres without getting out of breath and coughing uncontnrollably to being able to run 10km over uneven terrain without stopping. His strength increased tenfold, and his posture and form improved significantly, allowing him to lift 50kg without pain.


Medications no longer needed


Most importantly, Andrew's health and wellbeing improved dramatically. He no longer needed to take any of his previous medications, as his blood sugar levels, blood pressure, and cholesterol all came down into the healthy range. The chronic pain he used to experience in everyday life is now gone, and the peripheral neuropathy he suffered from is now a thing of the past.
