Garlic is another powerful supplement with antiviral and antibacterial properties. It can be eaten or found in supplements in the form of liquid, tablets or capsules.


5. Astragalus


Astragalus is a herb that has been used for centuries to boost the immune system and protect against respiratory tract infections. It can be found in supplements in the form of liquid, capsules or tablets.
